WHITE RAGU PASTA WITH SAUSAGE RECIPE

For a different "ragù" first course, quick and easy to prepare in advance. Ideal for a dinner with friends. The sausage will be the fundamental ingredient, just that this time it will not be prepared on the grill.

Ingredients: - "Penne" pasta (400gr) - Sausages (3/4) - Spring onion (1) - Chives - White wine (1/2 glass) -Butter (1 spoon) - Olive oil - Garlic (1 slice) - Salt to taste - Black pepper to taste - Parmesan cheese to taste - Chili pepper (optional) - Turmeric (optional)



Preparation: - In a pan put oil and butter by heating over medium heat.  - Add the garlic clove and the sausage after having shelled it. - Add the peppercorn and chives by cutting them finely. - Brown everything on low heat (around 10 minuts) - In the meantime, bring the water for the pasta to ebolizzione and cook it (do not forget the salt before putting the pass to cook for 10 minutes) - Deglaze the meat with the white wine (5 minutes). - At the end of cooking add chilli and turmeric. - Add the pasta and mix everything adding a ladle of the cooking water.
