TORTIGLIONI WITH BROCCOLI RECIPE

There is also a version of this dish with meat (sausage), today we will see the most summery and light one without meat




Ingredients:

-Tortiglioni (400gr)

-Garlic (2 cloves)

- Anchovies in oil (4 fillets)

-Broccoli (2 heads)

-Olive oil to taste

-Onion (1)

-Pepper to taste.



Preparation:


- We take a pot full of water, bring the water to a boil and salt


- Add the broccoli washed and cut into pieces and cook (15 minutes)


- Drain the broccoli, keeping the cooking water (let's use it to cook the pasta)


- In another pan, heat the oil and add the garlic, onion and anchovy fillets.


- Melted the anchovy fillets add the broccoli which we will crush with a fork.


- Simmer (5 minutes)


- Add the pepper, the pasta (now cooked and drained) and mix well.


- If necessary we add cooking water to create a creamy sauce.



Advice:


For an extra touch we can add chilli a cooking cream.

You can also use other types of pasta, even in this case the imagination is your only limit.
