TORTIGLIONI WITH BROCCOLI RECIPEUpdated: Jun 11, 2020There is also a version of this dish with meat (sausage), today we will see the most summery and light one without meatTORTIGLIONI WITH BROCCOLIIngredients:-Tortiglioni (400gr)-Garlic (2 cloves)- Anchovies in oil (4 fillets)-Broccoli (2 heads)-Olive oil to taste-Onion (1)-Pepper to taste.Preparation:- We take a pot full of water, bring the water to a boil and salt- Add the broccoli washed and cut into pieces and cook (15 minutes)- Drain the broccoli, keeping the cooking water (let's use it to cook the pasta)- In another pan, heat the oil and add the garlic, onion and anchovy fillets.- Melted the anchovy fillets add the broccoli which we will crush with a fork.- Simmer (5 minutes)- Add the pepper, the pasta (now cooked and drained) and mix well.- If necessary we add cooking water to create a creamy sauce.Advice:For an extra touch we can add chilli a cooking cream.You can also use other types of pasta, even in this case the imagination is your only limit.Bon Appétit!
