Like every Sunday, here are some of the tips and directions to improve your cooking skills day after day. Enjoy!
PEPPERS
There are several types of peppers that differ in shape, color or flavor. They can be eaten both raw and cooked and also dried such as the "crusco" pepper, from the Basilicata region in Italy
Which is dried and then fried thus becoming "crusco", which in Italian dialect, means crunchy.
Easy to prepare and good to eat as a snack or to flavor vegetables.
To make the pepper more digestible we have to peel it.
To do this, take the pepper and put it on the gas flame or with the kitchen torch, turn it on all sides trying not to burn it too much.
Once finished, let them cool for half an hour.
Take the pepper and remove the skin, the stalk, the seeds and the white cordon inside.
The pepper will then be ready to be used or to be frozen.
