1. We all have a full and busy life, which is why we don't always have time to do grocery or invest time in the preparation steps. One easy trick would be to wash, portion, and freeze all vegetables (carrots, courgettes, broccoli, peppers, etc.) immediately after you buy them. This way, it will be faster to prepare all the gourmet dishes you like without effort.

2. Always when talking about vegetables, remember: the less you cook them, the more their nutritional value is maintained! 3. A great way to spend a harmonious day is to cook your worries away.


4. Obviously, the most important ingredient, when cooking is love. So do so only if you have a passion for it. Don't force it! (because in that case, your dishes would show).

5. If you are craving pasta, but each time your dish has too dry consistency, keep a few ladles of cooking water and add them to create a fantastic amalgamation and cream.
