Ingredients:- Spaghetti (400gr)- Clams (40/50gr)- Olive oil- Cloves of garlic (2)- White wine (1/2 glass)
- Fresh parsley- Chili pepper- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Take a pot and boil the water.- Put salt.- Add a drizzle of oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking during cooking.- Boil the spagghetti (about 10 minutes, depending on length and type)Meanwhile- Brown the garlic in the oil (2/3 minutes)- Pour the clams and raise the heat.- Add salt and pepper.- Add the wine and let it evaporate.- Cover with a lid and raise the heat again (5 minutes until the clams are completely open)- Add parsley and chilli pepper.- Add the pasta after boiling it and mix.- Keep 1 ladle of the cooking water and add it if necessary.
