SPAGHETTI GARLIC, OIL AND CHILLI PEPPER ITALIAN RECIPE



Garlic is useful for the immune, respiratory and circulatory system and also anti-cold and flu.

Representations exist even in the Egyptian pyramids, it was part of the food provided by the authorities to keep slaves healthy.


Its first use is that of seasoning, but it is equally used for therapeutic purposes for the properties attributed to it by science and traditions.


Because of its widespread cultivation, garlic is considered to come from everywhere, but its origins are Asian, quickly spread in the Mediterranean basin.


Used raw, in salads, added to sauces, stews, fish or vegetable dishes, it is also used in the preparation of sausages (garlic salami).


 The best recipe based on garlic is SPAGHETTI, GARLIC, OIL AND CHILLI PEPPER.





Ingredients:

- Spaghetti (400gr)

- Garlic (4 cloves)

- Olive oil (1 glass)

- Parmesan cheese (optional)

- Chilli to taste fresh (dried or powdered)








Preparation:


-In a saucepan put the water and boil it.


-Add salt and then add the spaghetti.


- In the meantime, in a separate saucepan, add the oil and garlic

(5 minutes before draining the pasta, turn on the heat and fry the garlic until golden brown)


- Add the chilli pepper to the saucepen.


- Season the drained spaghetti taking care to filter the oil with a colander and mix very well.



Advices:


The dish will be "clean" (without a particular sauce) but with an unmistakable flavor and aroma. We advise you to add the Parmesan.


It is considered an ingredient with aphrodisiac properties above all thanks to the positive effect it has on the circulation in general.

So if you are planning a special evening you could think of preparing a dish seasoned with garlic.
