What about a quick and tasty aperitif to be prepared in advance and to be enjoyed both hot and cold? Everything is tastier if shared with family or friends.Quick and only two ingredients to use (which are always available in our pantries).
Ingredients:- Spaghetti (400gr)- Eggs (4)- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation:- Prepare the spaghetti by cooking them in a pan after adding the water to be boiled.- Add salt.- Cook the spaghetti and drain them by placing them in a bowl.- Add a drizzle of oil and mix in the bowl.- Now take the eggs and open them.- In another bowl beat the eggs.- Add the eggs to the pasta and mix very well.- In a pan put oil and heat it until the oil is ready.- Take the spaghetti- Helping yourself with a spoon and a fork, put the spaghetti a in quantity necessary to form a small fried fritatta (compact the spaghetti and flatten them giving a more or less circular shape).- Fry the spaghetti and turning them from both data.- They must turn golden.Advices:Occasionally stir the spaghetti in the bowl because the egg will slide to the bottom.The dose of the eggs depends on how much pasta you want to make.The spaghetti must be covered well with the egg because this will be the glue for transforming the spaghetti into delicious small golden and crispy omelettes.You can use spices or vegetables to add to the beaten egg, because we never waste anything by cooking.
