SOY BEEF RECIPE

Soybean is an original annual plant from East Asia. We have evidence of its cultivation up to 5000 years ago in China. Soy is a legume like beans, chickpeas and lentils.

Ingredients: - Soy Bits (500gr) - Fresh or frozen peas (150gr) - Potatoes (4) - Onion (1) - White wine (1/2 glass) - Vegetable broth (100gr) - Tomato sauce to taste - Olive oil to taste - Salt to taste

- Black pepper to taste - Parsley to taste


Preparation: - Soak the soybeans in the vegetable broth to rehydrate it. -Peel and cut the potatoes. - Cook the onions in a pan with oil until they start to brown. (3 minutes) -Add the soy bits (after wringing them to remove the water) and brown it in the pan. -Add the white wine and let it evaporate gradually. -Add the peas and the tomato sauce. - Add salt and pepper. - Cook everything until a cream is formed. (10 minutes) -Add parsley before serving.
