SEA BASS AL CARTOCCIO RECIPEOne of the simplest and tastiest ways to serve a fish dish that will be unique every timeSEA BASS AL CARTOCCIOIngredients:- Sea bass (1 for each guest)- Lemon (1)- Garlic (1)- Fresh parsley to taste-Pepper to tastePreparation:- Wash and eviscerate the sea bass (you can ask your fishmonger to do it)- Cut the garlic and lemon into very thin slices, and then put them in the belly of the fish.- We also add parsley and pepper.- We prepare aluminum foil sheets (one for each sea bass)- Close the sheet so as not to let out all the liquids that will form during cooking.- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 °.Advices:Be careful when you open the bag because all the steam that has been created inside will come out.Obviously with this simple recipe we can also cook other types of fish such as sea bream, trout etc.This recipe is not very suitable for children because these fish have many bones, it would be better to use cod fillets, hake etc.Bon Appétit!
