Savoy cabbage is a winter vegetableand one of several cabbagevarieties. It is thought to originate from Englandand the Netherlands. It has the same flavor and appearance as regular cabbage when cooked but retains a firm texture which is desired in some recipes.
Ingredients:- Savoy cabbage (1)- Onions (2)- Cherry tomatoes (10)- Garlic clove (1)- Olive oil to taste- Chili pepper to taste- Marjoram to taste
Preparation:- Sauté the onions with the olive oil in a pan (2/3 minutes)- Add the savoy cabbage cut into small pieces- Stew everything gently adding the crushed garlic clove, the cherry tomatoes cut in two, the marjoram and the chilli pepper (20 minutes)
