SALMON ROLLS RECIPE

Ingredients: - Smoked salmon (250g) - Fresh cheese (150g) - Lemon (1) - Chives - Olive oil - Salt - Pepper



Preparation:


- Prepare the filling cream of the rolls, put the fresh cheese in a bowl together with the lemon juice and grated lemon zest (not the white part). - Finely chop the chives and add it to the fresh cheese. - Add salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture. - Spread the slices of smoked salmon on the work surface. - Place the seasoned fresh cheese on one side of the salmon slice and roll in it. - So finish all the salmon rolls and then put them directly on a serving plate.
