- Prepare the filling cream of the rolls, put the fresh cheese in a bowl together with the lemon juice and grated lemon zest (not the white part).- Finely chop the chives and add it to the fresh cheese.- Add salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture.- Spread the slices of smoked salmon on the work surface.- Place the seasoned fresh cheese on one side of the salmon slice and roll in it.- So finish all the salmon rolls and then put them directly on a serving plate.
