It seems that in ancient times the Romans cultivated carrots because they had aphrodisiac properties, so if you are planning a romantic evening this is a dish that must not be missed.
Ingredients:-Carrots (5)- Sage leaves (4)- Chili pepper (1)- Olive oil- Parsley to taste- Salt to tast - Black pepper
Preparation:- Cut the carrots into small pieces (about 1 cm)- Cook them in a pan with olive oil and sage. (about 3 minuts)- Add pepper and salt to taste and continue cooking by adding a little cold water at a time.- At the end of cooking and with the heat off, add the chilli pepper and the fresh and chopped parsley.- Stir and serve.
