ROAST VEAL WITH CARROTS RECIPE


Prepare an excellent meat dish! Perhaps the most famous.

Beef or veal. You can prepare it in advance and slice it very thin to stuff a super sandwich or thicker slices to use as a second dish to taste.



Ingredients:

- Loin of veal (1)

- Onions (2)

- Carrots (5)

- White wine (1 glass)

- Butter to taste

- Extra virgin olive oil

- Rosemary (2 sprigs)

- Salt to taste

- Black pepper to taste





Preparation:


- Cut the carrots and onions into pieces.


- In a pan, which can also be used in the oven, put butter, oil, carrots, onions and rosemary.


- Add loin and pepper.


- Brown very well on all sides.


- Pour the wine and let it evaporate.


- Add a couple of glasses of water, cover with the lid or tinfoil and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for an hour.


- Check every 15 minutes by turning the meat over in its sauce.


- At the end of cooking, remove from the oven, let it rest for about ten minutes and then cut it into slices, covering it with its sauce.
