PASTA WITH RICOTTA CHEESE RECIPE


Ricotta is the basic element of many recipes ranging from first courses to desserts. It is a dairy product.




Ingredients:

- Tortiglioni (400 gr)

- Goat cheese (350 gr)

- Chives to taste

- Black pepper to taste

- Chilli to taste (optional)

- Extra virgin olive oil q.s.

- Grated cheese to taste (optional)






Preparation:


- Take a pot, add water and boil me.


- Season with salt and add the pasta.


- Meanwhile, in a bowl put the ricotta, pepper, finely chopped chives, a drizzle of oil, grated cheese and chilli.


- Mix everything with the help of the cooking water (use a ladle) to create a fragrant and homogeneous sauce.


- Drain the pasta, add the ricotta and mix well.
