NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL RECIPE



Prepare a cocktail to fight this heat wave and this sultry air. Can a cocktail be good even without alcohol, right? Well what we know is that eating fruit in any form is always good and healthy.





Ingredients:

- Watermelon

- Apples

- Lemon juice

- Sugar (optional)

- Ice

- Soda Water

- mint leaves








Preparation:


- Wash the fruit very well.


- Cut the apples and watermelon into small pieces.


- Blend the watermelon and apples (Pass the mixture in a colander if necessary, to take only the juice)


- Add a little soda water.


- Add the lemon juice and mint


- If necessary add the sugar.


- Fill a cocktail glass with ice, pour the mixture and embellish it with decorations.


Advice:


Even the eye has its part, use all the imagination you have to transform a simple recipe into something to eat with your eyes.

You can create many variations with the type of fruit or ingredients you like best. This is also the beauty of the kitchen.
