This type of pasta dressing is very simple but tasty, associated with children who appreciate it every time. This is the "in my own way" variation, which transforms a simple children dish into a refined one for the palate of an adult.
Ingredients:- "Penne" pasta (400 gr)- Cooking cream (400 gr)- Cooked ham (400gr)- Spring onion(1/2)- Parmesan to taste- Cognac or similar (with smoked aftertaste, 4 tbs) - Sage leaves 4 - Olive oil to taste - Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium / high heat.- Add sage and spring onion.- We cut the ham into small pieces and add it to the pan (stirring for two minutes).-In the meantime we put the "Penne" to boil in a second pot (boil the water, add the salt and then add the pasta)- Add the cognac to the saucepan and let it evaporate with cooking.- We put the cream and black pepper.- Over low heat, add the pasta mixing with parmesan.- If necessary, add the pasta cooking water.
