MUSSELS APPETIZER RECIPE

Mussels are very often the main ingredient of many dishes based on fish or seafood, they are cheap, easy to prepare and succulent. Obviously they can be prepared in hundreds ofways, butwe now present the most classic one.




Ingredients: - Mussels (quantity needed according to people) - Garlic (2 cloves) - White wine (1/2 glass) - Olive oil (6 tbsp) - Parsley to taste - Chili pepper to taste - Salt to taste - Pepper as needed

- Lemon (1)



Preparation: - Put the oil and garlic in a pan and heat over medium / high heat - When the oil is hot add the mussels. - Season all by adding chilli, salt and pepper. - Pour the wine and let it evaporate. - Cover the pot with a lid and cook (5 minutes) over high heat. - Add the parsley and the grated lemon peel. (serve with lemon slices).

Advice: Continue to cook until the mussels open on their own.
