Preparation:
- Put the oil and garlic in a pan and heat over medium / high heat
- When the oil is hot add the mussels.
- Season all by adding chilli, salt and pepper.
- Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook (5 minutes) over high heat.
- Add the parsley and the grated lemon peel.
(serve with lemon slices).
