MOJITO COCKTAIL RECIPE

It is always a cocktail o'clock during a lockdown! ;)



Ingredients: - Cuban white rum (50 ml) - Brown sugar (3 tbsp) - Angostura to taste - Mint (8 leaves) - Ice to taste - Sparkling water / Soda to taste - Lime juice (1)


Preparation:

- Place the mint leaves and brown sugar in a long drink glass (tall tumbler). - Using a pestle, squeeze them against the side of the glass so as to release the aroma of mint. - Add the lime juice (about 1/5) and pound for another few seconds. - Fill the glass with ice, add the rum, the angostura and a spray of sparkling water / soda. - Stir and serve.
