It is always a cocktail o'clock during a lockdown! ;)
Ingredients:- Cuban white rum (50 ml)- Brown sugar (3 tbsp)- Angostura to taste- Mint (8 leaves)- Ice to taste- Sparkling water / Soda to taste- Lime juice (1)
Preparation:
- Place the mint leaves and brown sugar in a long drink glass (tall tumbler).- Using a pestle, squeeze them against the side of the glass so as to release the aroma of mint.- Add the lime juice (about 1/5) and pound for another few seconds.- Fill the glass with ice, add the rum, the angostura and a spray of sparkling water / soda.- Stir and serve.
