Have you ever thought about roasting bread on a high flame?
A different idea on how to cook a bruschetta in addition to using the oven; always to be seasoned in a thousand and more ways.
Ingredients:
- Slices of bread.
- Garlic (1 for every 2/3 slices)
- Spreadable cheese
(1tbsp per slice)
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- First of all we prepare the cheese by mixing it with oil and black pepper.
- We light the gas on a high flame or we use a kitchen torch and we cook the slice of bread about 3/4 seconds for each part. (Without bringing the slice too close to the flame).
- On the slice of bread, still hot, we rub the clove of garlic.
- We take the cheese and spread it on the slice of bread.

The only obstacle you can meet preparing a bruschetta is your imagination, it can be prepared with almost every ingredient available in our kitchens. Go and experiment.
