Ingredients:
- Lamb (1kg)
- Tomato sauce (700gr)
- Salt to taste.
- Black pepper to taste
- Sage (4 leaves)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Take the lamb you have marinated with spices and herbs to taste,
- Brown it in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, garlic and sage.
- When it is well browned pour the advanced marinade and the sauce.
- Boil and cook for about 1 h on low heat.
- Turn from time to time.
Advice:
With the sauce that is left over, you can season the pasta for another course or for another day.
Before seasoning the pasta with the sauce, however, it must be filtered with a colander; we do this in order not to find inside the small bones of the lamb that could be broken or fragmented during cooking.
