ITALIAN CLASSIC TIRAMISU RECIPE



A spoon dessert, the most common in Italy, to be eaten on any occasion.

Fresh and delicious.




Ingredients:

-Eggs (4)

- Savoiardi biscuits (400 gr)

-Mascarpone (500 gr)

-Sugar (100 gr)

- Bitter cocoa to taste

-Coffee to taste






Preparation:


- Prepare some coffee (it will be used to soak the savoiardi) and put it in a bowl without adding the sugar.


- In a bowl put the yolks and sugar and beat very well until the mixture becomes homogeneous.


- Add the mascarpone and beat again to mix.


- In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff.


- Add the egg whites to the first mixture and gently mix.


- Soak the savoiardi in the coffee, form a layer and cover it with the cream.


- Alternate with a layer of savoiardi and cream until the ingredients are used up.


- We put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.



Advices:

Before serving sprinkle with bitter cocoa.

The variations for this dessert are innumerable, you can add fruit, liqueur, chocolate chips; creating different flavors every time
