Are you tired of the usual spritz? Here is the solution.
A barman tired of always having to serve spriz, invented this cocktail with an intense and intoxicating aroma; very fresh and quick to prepare. In our opinion one of the best cocktails ever.
Ingredients for 1 cocktail:
- Prosecco (60 ml)
- Selz or very carbonated water (60 ml)
- Elderflower syrup (30 ml)
- Fresh mint (a few leaves)
- Ice to taste
Preparation:
- In a cocktail glass put plenty of ice and allow to cool.
- Add the prosecco, the soda water, the elderflower syrup.
- Stir and add the mint leaves.
- If necessary, you can also add slices of lemon or lime and serve immediately.
ABV: about 8%
Advices:
Many do not know it but the secret to an excellent cocktail is the right cooling of the glass and the quantities of ice used.
Bartenders from all over the world use a technique called "Frosting" to cool the glass. Unless you are talking about a drink served purely hot.
