GUACAMOLE SAUCE RECIPE

Let the Guacward begins! 💚

Ingredients: - Ripe avocado (1) - Green hot pepper (1) - Tomatoes (1) - Olive oil (20 g) - Lime juice (10 g) - Shallot (10 g) - Black pepper (1 pinch) - Salt (1 pinch)



Preparation:


- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then sink the blade of the knife into the seed and pull to extract it easil and carve the pulp to collect it.  - Cut the lime in half and squeeze it to obtain the juice to be poured on the avocado. - Add salt and pepper, mash the pulp with a fork and keep it aside, then finely chop the shallot. - Wash, dry and slice the tomato into cubes and cut the chilli pepper. -Combine the chili pepper, the oil and add salt and pepper if necessary.


-Mix everything and serve.
