Ingredients:- Ripe avocado (1)- Green hot pepper (1)- Tomatoes (1)- Olive oil (20 g)- Lime juice (10 g)- Shallot (10 g) - Black pepper (1 pinch) - Salt (1 pinch)
Preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then sink the blade of the knife into the seed and pull to extract it easil and carve the pulp to collect it. - Cut the lime in half and squeeze it to obtain the juice to be poured on the avocado.- Add salt and pepper, mash the pulp with a fork and keep it aside, then finely chop the shallot.- Wash, dry and slice the tomato into cubes and cut the chilli pepper.-Combine the chili pepper, the oil and add salt and pepper if necessary.
