GRILLED PEPPERS RECIPE



With their colors and flavor, peppers immediately bring joy. We can cook them and put them in a nice jar and take them for a dinner with friends; delicious on pizza, as a side dish or even for a fantastic picnic.




Ingredients:

- Yellow, red, green peppers (as many as you need)

- Extra virgin olive oil

- Garlic to taste

- Fresh chopped parsley















Preparation:


- Heat the peppers on the open flame of the stove or on a kitchen torch and turning them on all sides.


- Put them still hot in a freezer bag and close it.


- Cut the peppers into 3 parts by removing the seeds, the white ribs.


- Heat the pan and start grilling them.


- Put the grilled peppers, still hot, in a container with a lid.


- Cover them with oil and add the sliced ​​garlic, parsley and let them marinate.


Advices:

When you put the peppers to rest, leave them for about 20/25 minutes.

This procedure is used to peel them easily and be more digestible.
