GRILLED BEEF CUT AND ROASTED POTATOES RECIPE



Want to grill! With the sun or the rain, you can also do it at home. Simple, fast and appetizing.




Ingredients:

- A steak (for each guest)

- Potatoes (500gr)

- Sage leaves (4)

- Onion to taste

- Extra virgin olive oil

- Salt to taste

- Pepper as needed

-Parsley to taste





Preparation:


- Put the steaks to marinate with oil, salt and pepper.


- In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.


- In a pan, heat the oil and sage.


- Add the potatoes, the onion and cook over a low flame for about 10 minutes.


- Chop the parsley and put it in a bowl with oil, salt and mix.


- We will add this sauce on the meat when it is ready.


- Heat the grill and put the meat.
