FRIED ZUCCHINI CHIPS RECIPE


A perfect recipe for adults and children, excellent as an appetizer or to accompany an even richer dish. Good in all seasons and fantastic with all sauces.



Ingredients:

- Courgettes (3/4)

-White flour (3/4 tablespoons)

-Fry oil

-Curcuma to taste

- Pepper to taste

- Salt to taste




Preparation:


- Wash the courgettes well and slice them thinly like chips.


- Put them in a bowl with the flour, turmeric, salt and pepper.


- Mix very well to soak the flour on the courgettes.


- Prepare a pan or deep fryer with oil.


- When the oil is ready, put in a handful of courgettes at a time and fry them, removing the excess flour.


- Prepare a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.



Adivices:

For this recipe you can use all the spices to your liking and the courgettes can also be peeled.

A surprising dish even for children because it will seem to them to eat French fries.
