COLD PASTA RECIPE

THE SEASON OF COLD DISHES IS COMING. NOT ONLY RICE SALAD BUT ALSO EXCELLENT COLD PASTA. YOU CAN EAT IN THE GARDEN ORGANIZING A PICNIC WITH FAMILY CHILDREN OR AS AN EXCELLENT SOLUTION FOR A BUFFET WITH FRIENDS




Ingredients:

-Gnocchetti (400gr)

-Eggs (4)

-Tuna (125gr)

-Ripe tomatoes (2)

-Cheese cheese (200gr)

-Pickled caps (200 gr)

-Pitted black olives (30)

-Onion spring (2)

-Olive oil to taste

-Pepper as needed

-Chilli oil (optional)

-Mayonnaise (optional)

-Basil leaves (4/5)

-lemon peel grated



Prepation:


- Let's boil the eggs.


-Prepare the pasta, cook it in an oentola boiling water (taking care to add salt first)


- Peel the now cold eggs and cut them into cubes.


- Wash and cut the tomatoes and the onion spring.


- Put them in a bowl adding salt, oil and capers.


- Cut the olives and add them together with the tuna.


- Put everything in the bowl and mix adding also the mayonese (if you want) and the cheese.


- Mix everything well.


- Take the mixture and add it to the pasta.


- At the end, to garnish, add the basil leaves and a drizzle of chilli oil.
