Cake! Cake! Everyone loves cakes.
Quick to prepare, with ingredients available in every kitchen. To eat for breakfast, healthy and good!!!
Ingredients:
- 00 flour (300 gr)
- Sugar (160 gr)
- Cocoa powder (30gr)
- Cinnamon
- Baking yeast (1 sachet)
- Cold water (300 ml)
- Seed oil (80 ml)
- Plums (4)
Preparation:
- In a bowl put flour, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and yeast (use a sieve for the flour, so no lumps will be created in the dough)
- Give a first mix.
- Add the water and oil a little at a time and whisk the dough well.
- Add the plums cut into pieces and mix.
- Put the dough in a previously oiled and floured cake pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (30/40 minutes).
Advices:
After half an hour in the oven check the cooking by inserting a toothpick into the cake, if it comes out clean and dry the cake is ready.
Instead of plums, you can use the fruit that you like best or that you already have available in your pantry.
You can divide the cake and fill it with any cream: Nutella, custard, etc ... or even with ice cream!!!
