CAPRESE WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA RECIPE


Mozzarella is a dairy product originally from southern Italy, but now also produced for centuries in central Italy. It is prepared with buffalo or cow's milk. With 100,000 tons exported, mozzarella is the third most appreciated Italian cheese abroad. Let's now prepare a simple, quick recipe that is loved by everyone. Few ingredients and excellent quality.



Ingredients:


- Tomatoes (4-5)

- Buffalo mozzarella (200 gr.)

- Extra virgin olive oil.

- Celery (1)

- Origan.

- Salt.e pepper..

- Salt







Preparation:


- Wash tomatoes and celery very well.


- Cut the tomatoes into round slices and the celery into small pieces.


- Cut the mozzarella into the shape you want (preferably a disc)


- Place the tomato on a plate, in the center put the mozzarella and celery. Or you can use the tomato as a first layer and create a composition of the ingredients.


- In a bowl / container put oil, pepper, salt and beat with a fork. Pour the oil on the tomatoes and finish the dish with a sprinkling of oregano.



Advice:


In this type of simple dishes with few ingredients, even the eye wants its part (Italian proverb). Be creative with compositions, adding ingredients and new types of toppings. This is the beauty of cooking.
