BEER BRAISED CHICKEN RECIPE


The goal of this fabulous recipe is to use beer to give sweetness and acidity to the delicate meat of the chicken, it will be necessary to use a high fermentation one, such as an Ale or a Weiss.




"Chicken Beer"

Ingredients: - Chicken breast (1)

- Beer (1) - Olive oil (1/2 glass) - Onions (2) - Flour (1 tbsp) - Salt - Black pepper - Red chili pepper Preparation: - In a pan put the oil, the onions cut and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. - Add the chicken (which you will have cut into pieces) - Cook over high heat (for 15 minutes). - Add the beer until the chicken is covered. - Add salt and pepper chilli. - Cook for an hour and mix many times. - Add a pinch of flour and mix to thicken the sauce.
