Ingredients:- Chicken breast (1)
- Beer (1)- Olive oil (1/2 glass)- Onions (2)- Flour (1 tbsp)- Salt- Black pepper- Red chili pepperPreparation:- In a pan put the oil, the onions cut and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.- Add the chicken (which you will have cut into pieces)- Cook over high heat (for 15 minutes).- Add the beer until the chicken is covered.- Add salt and pepper chilli.- Cook for an hour and mix many times.- Add a pinch of flour and mix to thicken the sauce.
