Beef pizzaiola bites are a second course with a delicious sauce, so as not to give up on something delicious to taste all the way through, when you have little time to devote yourself to cooking.
BEEF PIZZAIOLA BITES
Ingredients:
- Beef (500 gr)
-Mozzarella (200gr)
-Olive oil to taste
-Tomato sauce (300gr)
Garlic clove (1)
- Oregano to taste
-Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the meat into strips, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- In a pan heat the oil with the clove of garlic over a low flame.
- Add the meat.
- Brown for a couple of minutes, add the sauce and cook over low heat (10 minutes)
- Adjust with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Sprinkle the meat with the mozzarella cut into thin slices, cover with a lid and cook until the mozzarella is melted.
Advices:
Serve the dish hot.
A variant of the dish may be to use other types of meat.
