BEEF BITES WITH PARSLEY RECIPE


A dish based on parsley and beef.

There are not many varieties of parsley, but the common one is also the most used in cooking.

 Another variety, the "curly parsley", is less tasty and is used in the kitchen for decorative purposes.

This type of meat can also be served as condiments of a previously toasted sandwich.





Ingredients:

- Beef (700gr)

- Garlic (3 cloves)

- Spring onion (1)

- White wine (Half glass)

- Black pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley to taste

- Butter (1 spoon)

- Olive oil (1tbsp)

- Turmeric (optional)

- Lemon (optional)



Preparation:


-In a pan put the oil and butter and heat everything.


 - Add the spring onion after cutting it into slices.


- Meanwhile cut the meat into small bites.


- Add the slices of meat and cook them on low heat until they become brown and crispy.


- When it is well browned, turn up the heat, add the wine and let it evaporate.


- Add the chopped parsley, pepper, garlic , turmeric (optional) and half a squeezed lemon (optional) and mix well.


- Cook for 2/3 minutes on low heat.
