BANANA RISOTTO RECIPE


Today's recipe will not meet everyone's taste, however, it is a delicate first course with a very creamy exotic taste. It is one of those different flavors that we must try, don't be skeptical and let it conquerer all your sensation





Ingredients: - Rice (360 gr) - Vegetable broth (3/4 tbsp) - Shallot (1) - Butter (1 tbsp) - Olive oil - White wine (1 glass) - Bananas (2) - Parmesan cheese to taste - Black pepper to taste - Salt to taste.



Preparation: - Take the vegetable broth and putting it in boiled water. - In a saucepan, sauté the shallot with a little butter and oil until golden brown (3-5 minutes) - Add the rice and toast (3-5 minutes) - Gradually add the white wine. - Add salt and gradually when cooking add the broth to the rice. - Meanwhile, peel and mash a banana to put it in the rice halfway through cooking (continuing to wet with the broth).   At one minute from the end of the rice cooking, add the other banana by pressing it first.   Mix well and on low heat stir in butter and cheese. Add a little freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
