BAKED SEA BASS WITH POTATOES

If you are a lover of the good taste and simplicity of a fish-based recipe, the sea bass with potatoes is the one for you. Fast, good and summer dish,which will surely become one of your favorites.



Ingredients: - Sea bass (400 gr) - Mixed aromatic herbs (to taste) - Potatoes (4) - Lemon (1) - Sea salt (to taste) - Clove garlic (1) - Black pepper (to taste)







Preparation: - Prepare the potatoes by washing them, peeling them and cutting them into wedges. - Place them in a pan greased with oil, add the salt and pepper and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 °. - Rinse the already cleaned sea bass under running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. - Chop the herbs and cut the garlic in two. - Fill the belly of the sea bass with the garlic and the minced herbs and add a little salt. - Place the sea bass on the potatoes, sprinkle with the chopped herbs and place the lemon slices on the back. - Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour. N.B. The fish will be cooked when the skin peels off easily
