Preparation:- Prepare the potatoes by washing them, peeling them and cutting them into wedges.- Place them in a pan greased with oil, add the salt and pepper and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 °.- Rinse the already cleaned sea bass under running water and pat dry with kitchen paper.- Chop the herbs and cut the garlic in two.- Fill the belly of the sea bass with the garlic and the minced herbs and add a little salt.- Place the sea bass on the potatoes, sprinkle with the chopped herbs and place the lemon slices on the back.- Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour.N.B. The fish will be cooked when the skin peels off easily
