BAKED POTATOES RECIPE

Haters Gonna Hate, Potatoes Gonna Potate! With this SPUDtacular quote in mind, bake yourself away!


Ingredients:

- Potatoes (1 kg) - Rosemary (2 sprigs ) - Cloves garlic (2) - Olive oil (30 g) - Salt (t.t.) - Thyme (2 sprigs)


Preparation:


-Wash and peel, divide in half and then into quarters, then reduce them to small cubes. -In a saucepan, bring plenty of water to a boil and then boil the potato cubes for 5 minutes. After this time, drain the potatoes with a skimmer and transfer them to a bowl. Flavored with fresh thyme leaves - Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and mix with a spoon to flavor them better. - Preheat the oven in ventilated mode to 200 °, when the oven has reached the temperature, take a baking sheet and pour a drizzle of oil on the bottom. -Pour the potatoes and add the sprigs of rosemary and the two whole cloves of garlic, without peeling them. Cook the potatoes for 1 hour, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown. -During cooking it is recommended to mix the potatoes at least every 20 minutes for a uniform cooking.
